1. Acceptance

By using Body Black Box, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. App purpose

Body Black Box is a personal tracking and reporting tool for migraines, headaches, symptoms, medication use, relief attempts, cycle context, weather context, function impact, notes, and related patterns. It is intended to support personal review and conversations with healthcare professionals.

3. Not medical advice

The app and website do not provide diagnosis, treatment plans, emergency triage, prescription guidance, medication dosing instructions, or individualized medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional about health decisions. For sudden, severe, unusual, or dangerous symptoms, seek urgent or emergency medical care.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information if you want useful reports.
• Use the app lawfully and responsibly.
• Keep your login credentials and device secure.
• Review exported reports before sharing them.
• Do not misuse the app, interfere with systems, reverse engineer restricted services, or upload harmful content.

5. Premium subscriptions

Body Black Box may offer paid Premium subscriptions. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown through the App Store, Google Play, or the app paywall. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the store platform rules. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

6. Account and data deletion

You may request account deletion by using in-app controls where available or following the Account Deletion page. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google subscription; cancel through the platform where you subscribed.

7. Reports and exports

Reports are generated from user-entered information and app-tracked context. Reports may contain incomplete or inaccurate information if your logs are incomplete or inaccurate. Review reports before sharing.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or access where necessary. We may also update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.

9. No warranties

Body Black Box is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, specific medical outcomes, or compatibility with every device, store, integration, or platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Body Black Box and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for health decisions made based on app content instead of professional medical care.
