Account Deletion
Request deletion of your Body Black Box account and associated cloud account data.
Important: Deleting your Body Black Box account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately through the store account where you subscribed.
How to request deletion
- Open Body Black Box.
- Go to Account, Privacy, or Settings where account controls are available.
- Choose Delete Account or Account Deletion Request if shown.
- Confirm the request.
Email request option
If you cannot access the app, email contact@bodyblackbox.com from the email address connected to your account. Include “Body Black Box Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
What may be deleted
- Your account profile and authentication-linked app account record.
- Cloud-synced migraine logs, symptom logs, cycle logs, medication logs, weather snapshots, reports, and settings associated with your account, where applicable.
- Subscription entitlement mirror records maintained by Body Black Box, where applicable.
What may remain
- Store purchase records retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat according to their policies.
- Support emails and deletion request records retained for compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
- Backups or logs retained temporarily for security, reliability, or legal obligations.
- Information already exported or shared by you outside the app.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless additional time is required by law, security review, or account verification.
Cancel subscriptions
To stop future billing, cancel through the App Store or Google Play account used to purchase Premium. Account deletion alone does not cancel store-managed billing.
