Testing access: If you are joining a test release, use the testing link provided and install from the official store page.
Restore purchases: Open the app, go to Premium or Account settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Also confirm you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used to subscribe.
Data export: Use in-app export tools when available. For account data questions, contact support from the email linked to your account.
Emergency symptoms: Body Black Box support is not emergency support. Seek urgent medical help for sudden, severe, unusual, or dangerous symptoms.
